    Cups Bayara Walnut Halves

  • 1/2

    Cup Honey

  • 1/4

    Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2

    Tsp. Bayara Cinnamon Powder

  • 2

    Cup rolled oats

  • 1

    Cup Bayara Cranberries Dried

  • 1/2

    Cup All-purpose flour

  • 1/4

    Tsp. Baking soda

  • 1/8

    Tsp. Bayara Salt

  • 1

    Tsp. Vanilla extract

  • 1/3

    Cup unsalted butter

Walnut & Cranberry Energy Bars

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C / 320°F.
  • 2. In a sauce pan, add unsalted butter, honey, brown sugar & turn on the flame. Stir and bring this to a boil.
  • 3. When this boils, turn off the heat and add vanilla extract. Stir & set aside.
  • 4. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  • 5. In a large bowl, add the dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, all-purpose flour, salt, cinnamon powder & baking soda. Mix it well using a spatula.
  • 6. Then add the honey and butter syrup.
  • 7. Mix until everything is coated well and transfer to a square baking pan.
  • 8. Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 25 minutes.
  • 9. Transfer this to a cooling rack & cool for 5 minutes, then cut it into the bars.
