Ingredients

    Cup Oatmeat (dry)

  • 1/2

    Cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 1/3

    Cups Bayara Coconut Flakes (toasted)

  • 1 1/2

    Bayara Dates syrup

  • 1/4

    Cup Honey

  • 1/4

    Dark chocolate chips

  • 1./.4

    Mini M&Ms

  • 1

    Tsp. vanilla extract

Cookie Balls

  • 1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • 2. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • 3. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. (1″ in diameter.)
  • 4. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
  • 5. Makes about 20-25 balls.
