Chicken Kofta Kebab

Ingredients

    g Ground chicken

    g Cheddar cheese grated

    Tsp. ginger minced

    Tsp. green chilis finely chopped

  • 1

    Tbsp. garlic paste

  • 1/2

    Tsp. Bayara Chili Powder Kashmiri

  • 1

    Tsp. Bayara Garam Masala Powder

  • 1/4

    Tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    Tsp. Bayara Cumin Powder

    Pc egg white

  • 50

    g Butter

  • 2

    Tbsp. Bayara Coriander Whole chopped

  • 1

    Pc onion chopped

Chicken Kofta Kebab

  • 1- Chop the onion into small pieces.
  • 2- Mince the ginger & green chilis.
  • 3- Chop 2 tablespoon of coriander leaves.
  • 4- Grate cheddar/processed cheese.
  • 5- In a large bowl, add ground chicken, processed cheese, minced ginger, garlic paste, chopped fresh coriander, green chillis, onion, egg white, kashmiri, salt, cumin powder & garam masala.
  • 6- Mix everything well.
  • 7- Using wet hands, divide lamb mixture into smalls balls. Form each ball into a long, flat kebab around the skewers.
  • 8- Cook the kebabs for about 5 to 6 minutes or until done.
  • 9- Cool & serve with tzatziki sauce.
