Chicken Jalfrezi

Ingredients

    g Cooked chicken (fried) - Chopped

  • 1/2

    Large onion - Finely chopped

  • 4

    Cloves of garlic - Finely chopped

  • 1

    Small red bell pepper - Chopped

  • 2

    Tsp. Tomato paste

  • 1

    Tsp. White vinegar

  • 1

    Tsp. Bayara turmeric powder

  • 1/2

    Tsp. Bayara cumin powder

  • 1/2

    Tsp. ayara corriander powder

  • 1/2

    Tsp. Bayara chili powder

  • 1/2

    Tsp. Bayara garam masala

  • Bayara salt to taste

  • 4

    Tsp. Cooking oil

Chicken Jalfrezi

  • 1- Heat the oil over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic until browned.
  • 2- Add the tomato paste and vinegar; bring to a boil.
  • 3- Add the spices and continue to cook. Stir until well blended; about 10 minutes.
  • 4- Add bell pepper and cooked chicken to the sauce.
  • 5- Reduce the heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is well heated.
