Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

    Pack Broccoli (boiled or steamed)

  • 1

    Pinch Bayara Salt

  • 1

    Pinch Bayara pepper

  • 1/2

    Cup Bayara Dried Cranberries

  • 1/4

    Cup Bayara Pecans (Chopped)

  • 1/4

    Cup Bayara Sunflower seed

  • 2

    Tbsp. Bayara Pine seeds

  • 2

    Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1

    Tsp. Dijon Mustard

  • 1

    Tsp. Maple Syrup

  • 1

    Clove Garlic (Minced)

  • 1/2

    Tsp. Lemon Zest (grated)

  • 1/2

    Cup Canola Oil

  • 2

    Cups Coleslaw Mix (shredded carrots & cabbage)

  • 1/4

    Cup Chopped green onions

Broccoli Salad

  • 1- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, garlic, and lemon zest. Gradually whisk in the canola oil while drizzling in a fine stream.
  • 2- In a serving bowl, combine the broccoli, coleslaw, Bayara dried cranberries, Bayara pine seeds and onion. Pour the dressing over, and toss to coat evenly.
  • 3- Chill for at least 15 minutes then toss with Bayara sunflower seeds before serving.
  • 4- Sprinkle Bayara pecans over the top just before serving.
  • 5- This is also good with ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese mixed in.
