    Croissants - large (400g) cut into small pieces

    Tbsp. (coarsely chopped) - Bayara Pistachio

  • 1/4

    Cup (toasted) Bayara Almond Sliced

  • Tsp. Bayara Cinnamon Powder

    Tsp. Bayara Cinnamon Powder

  • 1/4

    Cup Bayara Golden Raisins

  • 1/4

    Cup(Chopped) - Bayara Dates

  • 3

    Sachets dream whip powder

  • 1/2

    Tbsp. Honey

  • 2

    Tbsp. Icing Sugar

  • 1. Preheat oven grill to 220°C.
  • 2. Combine the croissants, raisins, dates, almonds, pistachio in a baking dish.
  • 3. In a heavy based saucepan, mix together the 2 sachets of whip powder, milk, honey and cinnamon and place on medium to low heat until the mixture thickens.
  • 4. Pour the hot liquid over the croissant mixture and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Beat the remaining sachet of whip powder and cream together, until stiff.
  • 6. Spread over the pudding and dust with the icing sugar. Place under the grill for 2-5 minutes, until caramelized.
  • 7. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • 8. Garnish with pistachio slivered and dates. Serve warm.
