- 1 cup butter,softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp,baking soda
- 1/2 tsp,vanilla or rose water
- Bayara Pistachios
Preheat over to 160-325 degrees.
Cream butter with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add sugar and continue beating.
Mix flour,baking soda and vanilla.
Gradually add flour to butter mixture,knead to form a soft dough.
Pecan Pie Bar
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped Bayara Pecans
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup butter,cubed
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 3/4 cup sugar&nb
To prepare crust,pulse all ingredients except butter and cooking spray until well combined.
Add butter and pulse again.
Line a pan with aluminium foil,grease with cooking spray.
Press mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
Bake at 350
Walnut & Cranberry Energy Bar
2 cup Bayara walnut chopped
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp Bayara cinnamon powder
2 cup rolled oats
1 cup Bayara cranberries dried
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp Bayara salt
Preheat the oven to 160°C / 320°F.
In a sauce pan, add unsalted butter, honey, brown sugar & turn on the flame. Stir and bring this to a boil.
When this boils, turn off the heat and add vanilla extract. Stir & set aside.
Roughly chop the Bayara walnuts.
In a large bowl, add the dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, all-purpose flour, salt, cinnamon powder & baking soda. Mix it well using a spatula.
Then add the honey and butter syrup.
Mix until everything is coated well and transfer to a square baking pan.
Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 25 minutes.
Transfer this to a cooling rack & cool for 5 mins, then cut it into the bars.
